Shipping and Returns
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Shipments will be delivered through DHL or UAfrica’s courier network, at costs set out in our correspondence.
If, for whatever reason, you decide that you no longer want to retain you Polar purchase, you are eligible for a refund or exchange implemented within 10 days of you receiving your order. If more than 10 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial refunds will be issued for any item not in its original condition or which is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).
Shipping of Returns
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange for our courier to collect the return from you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you via email that your return has been received. The product will be inspected and thereafter we will notify you of the details of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you believe that your product is in any way defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately on +27 (0)11 805 1028 or send an email to email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (as the refund will be processed to the original method or account of payment).
In the unforeseen event that a product may not be available, a full refund will be issued within 10 days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract an administration fee.
